Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end. We never store raw card data — payments go through PCI-DSS compliant providers.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers for Enterprise accounts.
Is there a fee to sell?
The Starter plan is free with a small transaction fee. Pro and Enterprise plans have lower fees and more features.
What is the buyer protection policy?
Every purchase is covered. If an item doesn't arrive or match its description, we'll refund you within 24–48 hours.
Can I return a product?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is not as described. Contact support to open a request.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check "My Orders" in your account.
What are your support hours?

Sign up with your email, choose a seller plan, complete identity verification, and your store is live within minutes.
Can I see my sales analytics?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise sellers get a full dashboard with real-time revenue, conversion, and traffic insights.
Do you support international shipping?
Absolutely. UsellBuy supports cross-border shipping to over 80 countries with integrated carrier partnerships and customs support.
How does the review system work?
Buyers can leave ratings and written reviews after a confirmed purchase. Sellers can respond publicly to any review.
How are disputes resolved?
Our mediation team reviews disputes within 48 hours. Funds are held in escrow until both parties reach a resolution.
Can I get notified about price drops?
Yes. Wishlist any item and toggle "Price Alerts" — we'll notify you instantly via email or push when the price falls.
